Prospect Hill MTB Trails (Kuitpo Forest) | All Levels | Pizza After!
Join us for a ride on some new and old trails in Prospect Hill! For those of you who aren't familiar with these trails, they are located among the pines in Kuitpo Forest.
This is an all-levels ride - for beginner, intermediate, or advanced riders. Once all registrations are in, we will see how to split the group up. As these trails are not overly technical, the level 2 and 3 rides will be longer with more climbing. E-bikes are welcome!
*Please note that you do need to be confident riding on 2 wheels and have a moderate level of fitness.
This ride will be followed by lunch at the Lazy Ballerina for all-you-can-eat pizza and wine. Please let us know if you will be joining for pizza as we need to book accordingly. The bottomless pizza lunch is $45 (you will pay at the venue).
We will be meeting at the Bells Gully (Prospect Hill) MTB Trail Head Carpark.

Where is Prospect Hill?
Directions – coming from Meadows, take the park entrance onto Christmas Hill Road, around and up a very steep hill, turn left on Brookman Conner Road and there is a small dirt carpark on the left opposite Gate BG9 (the entrance to the mountain bike area). Click HERE for a location pin.
Please arrive 15 minutes early, so you are ready to roll out by 10 am.
What to bring
All riders are expected to be self-sufficient. Here are some things you might like to bring/think about:
Make sure your bike is in good working order - bring any spares you might need
Wear appropriate clothing (enclosed shoes, comfortable sports clothing)
Bring enough water and snacks for the ride! (there is a water fill station at the car park)
Bring any relevant medications
Prepare for the weather. As a wise Scotsman once said, “Ach, there’s no such thing as bad weather, just the wrong clothing”. Think about sunscreen, a rain jacket, a change of clothes, etc.
